We aim to provide an atmosphere where women are able to learn informally and formally at their own pace. Build on their knowledge and experiences give them greater confidence in enhancing their skills.
We also aim to provide learning opportunities for other voluntary and statutory organisations in cultural awareness and race equality.
It's a user led service so courses are identified by women and delivered in partnership with local providers i.e. colleges and university.
Objectives

To promote and deliver training in vocational and non-vocational courses, higher education and employment opportunities.

To promote and deliver Basic skills and Key skills courses.

To work in partnership with other organisations. (Colleges, university, institute, local community and voluntary groups)

Free crèche and help with transport cost is provided.
