Develop the work of MEWN in Neath and Port Talbot
	Target black and ethnic minority women in the area to encourage them in establishing and developing their own activities
	Target black and ethnic minority women to encourage them towards ‘making their voices heard', and bridge the gap between service providers and BME Women.
	Establish MEWN Neath and Port Talbot as the first point of contact for Neath and Port Talbot service providers
	Set up support groups
	Encourage activities amongst young women
	Promote health and well-being projects
	Widening participation in higher education through partnership with training providers
	Improving basic skills
	Promote volunteering opportunities
