MEWN - BME Employment for all
This project is funded by European Social Fund (ESF) in partnership with All Wales Ethnic Minority Association (AWEMA)
Aims:
- Enable participants to take the first steps to engaging with the relevant employment agencies.
What we provide:
For the community:
- Empowering women through learning and education
- Encourage women into employment
- Encourage women into further training
- Providing tailored support to each individual
- Help create CV’s
- Help complete application forms
- Provide a wide range of up to date job vacancies for people to access within their community
- Conduct job searches
- Provide volunteering opportunities
For the service providers:
- Bridging the gap between the Black Minority communities and service providers
- Work with partners and colleagues on providing progression routes into further education and training
- Promote best practice through collaborative work and networking
